Addidas has announced the launch of the miCoach training platform that could help people become a better runners. miCoach training platform verbally coach a person while they are running. The new miCoach interactive training platform comprises of two dirrerent devices, one is miCoach Pacer and the other is miCoach Zone.
miCoach Pacer is lightweight device which is capable of delivering real time coaching with a pair of headphones when you excercise, it can also work in conjunction with your own digital audio player like iPod. While the person runs, the device verbally coaches the runner to make sure that they are in the right heart zone.The pace device also advises the runner on when to speed up or slow down.
The zone device is a wristband that has a LED display that provides information with the help of a heart rate monitor. Both devices offer instant progress reports so that runners can develop their potential.
With miCoach everyone could get personal coaching, this can help runners achieve their goals. i must say its perfect for those people who want to lose weight and improve their stamina
