Fuzzyband Downgrade Your Iphone 3.1.3 Baseband 5.12.01 To 04.26.08

The latest version of Fuzzyband supports iphone 3.1.3 to downgrade 5.12.01 baseband to the older 04.26.08. You can do this even if you have upgraded your iphone firmware 3.1.3 from itunes. After Downgraded iPhone baseband you can use Ultrasn0w to unlock your device.

Note: This is only for iphone 3G users who running  iphone OS 3.1.3 , baseband 5.12.01 with 05.08 bootloader.
Here's a Step by Step guide

Step 1: 1st of all jailbreak your iphone 3G running firmware 3.1.3 with these tools.
sn0wbreeze v1.5,  Redsn0w 0.9.4 or PwnageTool 3.1.5

Step 2:  After jailbreak your iphone 3G, Now go to "Cydia" on your iphone and search for "Fuzzyband" and install this application.
 

 

Step 3: Start "Fuzzyband" and touch on "Downgrade" button for downgrade your baseband 5.12.01 to 04.26.08.

Step 4: After downgrade your Baseband now you can unlock your iphone 3G using the Ultrasn0w for that Click here and read complete guide.

  3. I was so excited for a moment...Fuzzy detects my bootloader as 06.02, crap! Still...I guess it provides hope that another exploit can be found this way.

  5. Salman, have you tried this proccess yourself? The actual version of Fuzzyband does not support baseband 5.12 It does not even support 5.11!!

  8. if my iphone is 3.1.3/5.12.01 and completely locked and ive used pwnage tool to make custom firmware and i somehow manage to restore the iphone with the custom firmware, my phone will still be locked bc its unlockable..so how could i open cydia and install fuzzyband? i know on my first iphone there was a keypad combo one could type to access wifi and safari..is this still possible?

  14. you cant downgrade the bootloader because it`s a hardware issue

    you can only downgrade the baseband if you have the bootloader 5.08
