Install Palm WebOS SDK On Windows

Here a Guide how to install palm webOS SDK on Windows.

Step 1:
Download  and install the latest version of Java(if you have already installed then its ok) otherwise
for download Click here.

Step 2:
Install virtualBox 3.0.10. The palm emulator is built on virtualBox, VirtualBox is also required before installing the Palm WebOS SDK.
 Download VirtualBox

Step 3:

Download the Windows SDK
Ensure VirtualBox is not running, Start Palm SDK installer.

Download SDK for (64-bit windows)
Download SDK for (32-bit windows)

Step 4:

• Start the Palm emulator.
• When dialog box appear click"OK" to dismiss.
• Create a directory to use as your development workspace.
• Open a Command Prompt windows(Start-->Run--->type cmd---->OK)
• Type "palm-generate" in command window to verify that you have succefully installed.
• If you see help information that means tools are installed perfectly.
• If Palm-generate is not recognized as a command, its means your tool in not installed succefully.
• If java is not recognized as a command its means java not installed correctly.

(For installation issues uninstall and install it again)
