Jailbreak Your iphone 3G and 3GS With Snowbreeze

Latest version of Sn0wBreez 3.1.3 has been released which can jailbreak iPhone 2G, 3G and 3GS on the latest iPhone 3.1.3 firmware. Sn0wbreez have ability to preserve baseband which means if you are on an older firmware and have 05.11.07 or older baseband and want to upgrade 3.1.3 firmware using Sn0wbreeze, you will then be able to unlock your iphone 3GS/ 3G/ 2G.
Note:for 3GS users,  it will work with iphone 3GS, if it has the older bootrom(non-MC model).
This version of Sn0wbreez currently supports iphones only, if you want to jailbreak ipod toches, you need Redsn0w 0.9.4 for that. (no ipod touch 3G)

Step by Step guide for iphone 3GS/ 3G and 2G jailbreak with Sn0wbreez.

• Download the latest version of itunes and install.
• Open itunes and sync your iphone with your PC for backup
• Now Download Sn0wbreez (click here) and install.
• Download iphone OS 3.1.3 for you iphone version ( check this post for OS 3.1.3 download links)
• Save All these on your desktop
• Start Sn0wbreez and select " Simple Mode "
• Browse window will open now navigate and select correct 3.1.3 firmware (.ipsw) file.
• A message will apear " Do you want to activate your iphone?" for hactivation. Click on "NO" (only if you are on official carrier)
• Sn0wbreez will create the custom ( .ipsw ) file for your iphone, which will be jailbroken.

• Now you will have to restore your iphone to this custom firmware 3.1.3 that you have already cooked with Sn0wbreez for your phone.
• Now in itunes  select you iphone and then press+hold buttons in sametime and click on restore button. Now navigate and select your cooked 3.1.3 firmware.
• Now wait for itunes to do the rest for you.
