Unlock Your iphone 3.1.3 3GS/3G With Blacksn0w

If you have jailbroken your iphone 3.1.3 with Sn0wbreez, you can unlock your iphone 3GS and 3G with old bootrom only.
If you have iphone 3G or 3GS with firmware 3.1.3,  baseband 4.26.08 Click here for guide.
If you have iphone 2G with firmware 3.1.3, with old  baseband Click here for guide.

For iphone 3GS and 3G firmware 3.1.3 and baseband 05.11.07 find the guide below.

1: Start "Cydia" on your iphone
2: Tap on " Manage " button


3: Now Tap on "Sources"


4: Tap on "Edit" button


5: Now Tap on "Add" button


6: You will now prompted to enter a source url. Type "http://blackra1n.com" and touch on "Add Source."


7: Cydia will now update your sources by following a series of automated steps.
8: After installation "search" for "blacksn0w" in cydia and install.
9: This will automatically unlock your iphone, now you can use this with any carrier or sim.
10: enjoy

  2. be careful using this..... my iphone 3G hung after trying this and i was forced to do a painful restore

  3. Restore it back to 3.1.2 and then use PwnageTool 3.1.5 for jailbreak. I have tried it and it working 100%.

  4. @whatsinmyhead: This only works iphone 3GS and 3G firmware 3.1.3 and baseband 05.11.07 (not with latest baseband)So give all details what you did. so may it help others.
