MSFT Guy has just released Blacksn0w RC2. Actually he has released the patched version of Blacksn0w that only works with iphone OS 3.1.3 baseband 05.11.07. If you are not able to manually patch Blacksn0w you can use Blacksn0w RC2 to unlock your iPhone 3G/3GS OS 3.1.3 Baseband 05.11.07.
Simply Follow these instruction.
1: Jailbreak your iPhone 3G or 3GS using sn0wbreeze 3.1.3 [ complete guide posted here].
2: After Jailbreak Start "Cydia" on your iPhone.
3: Tap on "Manage" tab.
4: Now tap on "Sources" .
5: Tap on "Edit".
6: Touch on "Add" button. (you will now prompt to enter a url source).
7: Type " http://cydia.pushfix.info " and touch on "Add Source".
8: Cydia will automatically update your sources. After installation search of "blacksn0w RC2" in Cydia and install this.
9: This application will automatically unlock your iPhone 3G/3GS.
10: Reboot your device.
